Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS (when available).
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address

House of Maldo is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package has not arrived, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in reaching a resolution.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it whenever possible.
Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
