House of Maldo Return Policy

At House of Maldo, we want you to shop with confidence. Every fragrance is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrances and for hygiene and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tested.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the product received

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Unopened Products

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Approved returns must:

  • Be sealed in their original packaging.

  • Include all original accessories and packaging.

  • Be returned in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened fragrances

  • Used products

  • Samples

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
